Jaén The CNT has begun its campaign to work in neighborhoods with a concentration in the crowded plaza of Equality, in the neighborhood of Peñamefécit.
With this act, intended to denounce the policy of welfare cuts and labor of the PSOE government, the CNT of Jaen has tried to move by voice their criticisms and opposing political parties and major trade unions. We want the CNT is visible in neighborhoods abandoned by the hand of the various administrations; neighborhoods, such as Peñamefecit, suffer soaring unemployment levels, multicultural neighborhoods where it is essential to take our voice from appearing xenophobic and racist outbreaks.
Trade Union Secretary of the union encouraged the many neighbors who heard our words to organize themselves, to fight from the base to improve their lives, weave solidarity ties and losing their fear and shame. In that sense, they are also encouraged to take a critical view regarding the electoral politics of political parties, which now begin to go through the neighborhood to promise all that, again, did for four years.
From Jaén SOV we welcome this first contact and hope that the following acts and demonstrations help to some workers, neighbors of the workers and the people of the city, decided to raise self-organization initiatives. Of course, since the CNT of Jaén think it is fundamental to recover the social fabric that capitalism and individualism have shattered. We want to add and that is fundamental to mobilize and to get our critical discourse and our proposals to the neighborhoods where the working population is concentrated.
