Leandro is a primary school student, athletic practice and looks a dream pending. I yearn, I imagine, as expected. But do not despair. Meanwhile, this boy of 11 years coaching with professionalism and respect to the letter every indication of its technical director. Pay due attention to the advice and try to overcome with any failed attempt to impose it on the road. However
Leandro illusion, as you might imagine, there happens to be an athlete recognized in Argentina or in the world, but personally meet his idol, Efrain Wachs, the great athlete of 91 years just enshrined in the Championship World Veterans in Finland, after finishing first in cross country competition of eight kilometers.
Leandro not only admire the physical conditions of Ephraim. Also looks at the human quality concerning its peak, who was a chess player from five to 70 years and at 80 became a consistent competitor. Wachs, a grandfather of eight grandchildren who in 2008 had 21 medals in different disciplines, spread hope and revive nostalgia, saying "on track to become friends" or as he said he was "happy to live." Perhaps these simple phrases dwell all its grandeur.
Ephraim is a true champion and is making much more than trophies or titles. In each tournament proves himself still life will run throughout the body and is never too late to dream. Leandro, meanwhile, is waiting for the moment to meet the man who wishes to emulate in the future to get an autograph, hear their experiences and give a big hug.
Clearly the two must be seen. Both are in the soul a deep message and perfect, that explains the nature of the sport inclusive and equitable, that thought also indicates that there is no age sport. So while eight decades separate them, Ephraim and Leandro are united by a common location: the athletics track. So, too, at 91 still runs Efrain Wachs as a kid, gets on the podium and, therefore, continues thrilling own and others' hearts.
